Kia subsequently pursued his education at the University of South Florida (USF), where he honed his IT skills. Even during his educational journey, Kia’s knack for problem-solving made him the go-to person for computer issues. This reputation led him to venture into the entrepreneurial realm in 2012, setting up his own business in Bradenton. What began as a small office soon expanded into a bustling storefront location. Kia became a trusted problem solver for countless individuals in the Sarasota and Bradenton area.

Over the years, Kia not only mastered customer service but also discovered his entrepreneurial spirit. His unwavering belief in the power of helping people and his commitment to his community members led him to a profound realization. In 2021, he decided to embark on a new path in the real estate market.
